How the AI is charged
It isn't, beyond your subscription. The AI staff — reading receipts, drafting the emails, qualifying the leads, writing the quote — are included in the monthly price. There is no per-use charge, no token maths, and no overage invoice.

Every AI feature in your bundle, for every user on the account. We don't meter you per document, per reply or per seat — if the feature is in your plan, your whole team can use it.
The fair-use cap
Each plan carries a monthly ceiling on AI running cost, so a runaway job can never turn into a bill you didn't agree to. Reach it and the AI pauses and says so plainly — it never keeps spending quietly, and nothing is charged above your subscription. The ceiling resets at the start of each month.

Price ex VAT. Optional managed payments carry a 1.0% platform fee — only if you opt in; running your own PayFast or EFT costs nothing extra, and a booking that comes through your own link costs you no commission at all.
