Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DraggonnB OS platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by DraggonnB Business Automation (Pty) Ltd (“DraggonnB”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DraggonnB OS is a multi-tenant business operating platform for small and medium businesses, offering modules such as CRM, marketing, social publishing, finance, and industry-specific tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier and activated modules.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not publish content you do not have the rights to, or that violates the policies of connected platforms (including Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Standards).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (such as Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts), you authorise DraggonnB to act on your behalf solely to publish content you approve. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can revoke access at any time — see Data Deletion.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at sign-up or on your invoice. Payments are processed by PayFast. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. DraggonnB retains all rights in the platform itself. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and to publish your approved content to your connected channels.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraggonnB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
